Bullseye
A bullseye is the centre of a target, something that archers aim to hit with precision and determination. Likewise, our group members are driven and passionate individuals who constantly aim to achieve a better quality of life for Hwa Chongians. Additionally, a bullseye is made of concentric circles, where these circles remind us of harmony and unity, something we hope to develop and foster in our school community and something which is easily neglected in times of competition. As such, BULLSEYE is the most appropriate group name because it presents about the visions we envision of our future to have and ultimately, the never-changing perseverance to look forward and shape enriching experiences for the students in their two years in college.
Being always full of sunshine, Yanhua seeks to brighten up school life. She loves the French language and for her, council was Louvre at first sight! Committed and driven by the passion to serve, she will work hard to deliver her best in all things she undertakes.
Beneath the seemingly unfriendly expression on her face, Carlene is an individual likened to the warm morning rays of sunshine – exuding comfort and love to everyone. She will always lend a listening ear if you need, and be the pillar of support you can lene on through Council :-)
Fully embodying the Blackout spirit, Zane Wong is zealous about serving the school. Despite being a Zheng An Lun Model Student and future President’s Scout, Zane can barely pass his 2.4. However, know that he will always go the extra mile in fulfilling your every need and desire.
Putting the “Loud” in “Live Loud Live Proud”, Joshua never fails to make his lame jokes and controversial ideas heard. Yet, what follows this noise is no empty vessel. Joshua is dedicated and gives 100% in everything he does, and is sure to channel his passion for the school into positive action.
